Litigation Assistant

REAL Recruitment has partnered with a boutique law firm with focused on litigation; we are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant with corporate commercial litigation experience to join their downtown law firm.  The successful candidate will have experience in corporate commercial litigation and is a good communicator with strong organizational skills and computer knowledge.

As a member of our team, you can expect to prepare, draft and help manage matters including, but not limited to:

  • General practice management supporting three lawyers;
  • Provide all necessary administrative and support tasks;
  • Drafting correspondence and billing;
  • File management;
  • Bookkeeping;
  • PC Law experience is a must;
  • Administrative duties as needed;
  • Wills & Estate solicitor administrative experience an asset.
