- Must have 2 to 3 years experience in administration
- Strong document management skills

- Commitment to customer service and a comfort with the phone

- Accounting software knowledge an asset
- Experience with a professional service firm an asset
- Management of all incoming documents
- Answering phone and emails
- Greeting clients
- Scheduling meetings
- Entering client information into database with corresponding documentation
- Office maintenance, including keeping things tidy and ordering supplies as necessary
This is a in office position. There is no opportunity to work virtually.
