Administration Assistant

REAL Recruitment is looking for an Administration Assistant for a Calgary based accounting firm.

The successful candidate will have a passion for document management and a desire to own the outcomes of their work.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 to 3 years experience in administration
  • Strong document management skills
  • Strong computer skills and a continuous desire to learn more
  • Commitment to customer service and a comfort with the phone
  • Organizational skills
  • Time management
  • Accounting software knowledge an asset
  • Experience with a professional service firm an asset

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of all incoming documents
  • Answering phone and emails
  • Greeting clients
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Entering client information into database with corresponding documentation
  • Office maintenance, including keeping things tidy and ordering supplies as necessary

This is a in office position.  There is no opportunity to work virtually.
