Installer – Furnace
REAL Recruitment supporting a rapidly expanding HVAC company in Calgary. We are looking for great people to join our team and get ready for the winter! We are looking to add 2 new HVAC installers to our team. We are looking for long term employees that want to have a career in a great industry.
Training Provided:
- Online Training
- Academy Field Training for 2 weeks
- Ongoing Training on new products and services.
Required Skillset:
- High Attention to Detail
- Great at Talking to Customers
- Great Problem Solver
- Mechanically inclined
- Experienced in construction or other contracting field
- Able to work on a team and with others
- Willing to Learn and be coachable by management.
Required Licenses:
- Class 5 Drivers License Active
- Current Clean Background Check
- Must have transportation to and from work.
- You’ll be going to calls in a company vehicle but you must be able to drive to the office each morning.
Compensation and Benefits: Reasonable pay rates depending on Experience and Full Comp Benefits after 3 months (Health, Dental, Vision)
