Front Desk Admin
REAL Recruitment is looking for a Front Desk Admin as maternity leave contractor role with our Edmonton based flooring company. This is a full time, in-person role. It is a contractor position with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right person as the company continues to develop.
Job Qualifications:
-
2 to 5 years’ experience administration experience, including data entry and bookkeeping

experience as a front desk representative answering phones and dealing with walk in deliveries and clients
-
experience with SAGE, preferably 2 years.

a willingness to learn

Responsibilities:
-
Front Desk including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing couriers

Admin including tracking product, processing payments, ordering supplies, booking travel and hotel rooms, and assisting with internal communication

Bookkeeping / Data Entry including receiving / entering supplier invoices and labour invoices, writing up deposits, matching packing slips to invoices, invoicing clients, applying payments and dealing with some client issues.
