REAL Recruitment is looking for a real estate lawyer for the Carstairs firm. We are looking for a lawyer to work in our small firm who wants a comfortable work-life balance. Carstairs is only 30 to 45 minutes from Calgary and this role can be full time, partially remote, or part-time.
The firm will have some files for the successful candidate to start on while they work to build a practice within the community.
Requirements:
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
- A law degree from an accredited law school.
- One year experience in real estate, specifically focused on home re-sales and agriculture land.
- Experience in the areas of wills & estates and corporate law is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Pride in ethical and professional conduct.
- Willingness to travel and work in rural and remote areas.
